We're looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst for a 1 year freelance contract in Brussels' center. He'll define, analyse and improve customer journey process within the company.

Role
Support customer target in various projects
Support the client committee by contributing to its preparation and carrying out a whole series of small analyzes.
Review the current customer journey and identify optimizations to improve it.
Continue the effort made to optimize and harmonize the use of CRM between the various services
Profile
At least 5 years of experience in the field of process management / optimization and / or management of operational improvements
Experience and knowledge of customer journey/experience processes is a strong must
Lean, Operational Excellence, Change Management, KPI and Balanced Scorecard concepts are nice to have
Fluent in French + good English. Dutch is a strong plus.
Good analytical skills critical mind results orientation and involvement in change management processes listening skills assertiveness and autonomy.
