  • Management of assigned projects within the HGBU Global Professional Services team
  • Review each sales order within their area of responsibility
  • Identify and schedule project milestones. Assignment of required resources
  • Monitor day-to-day progress and budget and report back to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately to allow timely and accurate invoicing. Payment monitoring.
  • Owning the communication with the customer, internal and external teams
  • Develop the relationship with the client, management company or/or corporate entity
  • Identify and action on issues and risks, taking preventive or corrective actions
  • Actively keep track of the status of the project
  • Review undelivered and un-invoiced backlog reports and take action as needed update PM and Oracle to move, bill or cancel work
  • Monitor the Deferral report to maximize revenue recognition
  • Good understanding of industry best practices
  • Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices

Entry-level implementation project professional who manages the relationship with client site during entire development and Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the project from start to end. 2 to 3 years of experience relevant to the role beneficial. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.


Detailed Description and Job Requirements Mid-level implementation project professional who manages moderately complex relationships with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.
Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years project management experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
