The internship provides the opportunity for

• working on multiple projects (for instance: Investment effectivness; Aplication of artificial intelligence; financial forecasts)
• learning from job performance & coaching, and career mentoring from several teams in Finance
• collaborating with external and internal stakeholders
• a diverse & inernational environment with space to grow
• an internship of preferaby 12 months

As a UCB analyvative and member of Finance Department you will contribute by:

• providing analytical support with timely and relevant financial analysis related to the on-going business results, ad-hoc analysis related to new business models, long-term business planning and portfolio choices
• bringing analytics insights and experience to shape the optimum solution for specific needs
• staying updated on industry best practices and drive the adoption of novel approaches and methods in the field advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• being able to connect the dot with financial/non-financial, structured/unstructured data and internal/external data
• presenting outcome of analysis to the relevant stakeholders, to help convert the statistical findings to concrete business decisions

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• innovation driven especially in the Digital Technologies
• holistically thinking profile
• having an analytical and technical mindset
• experience with data science tools like R, Pyhton, Scala and specific data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau or Shiny.
• proven problem analysis and problem solving skills
• strong interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions
• good listening skills, and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues
• able to explain complex concepts in non-technical language
• fluent in English
