We are looking for an experienced Regional Consumer Service & Quality Manager to join our office in Strombeek-Bever, Belgium.
Your task in this role will include
- Managing EMEA service centers including factory service in both direct and indirect markets
- Leading EMEA consumer care strategy which includes the delivery of NPS and call center sales targets
- Being responsible for driving reduction in overall consumer returns and delivering CRR commitments for the EMEA region
- Continuously driving product quality improvements through systematic approach prioritizing top losses within region.
- Owning TCQ budget for the region and financial outlook
- Delivering TCQ and CRR projects according to profit plan expectations
- Leading KitchenAid service parts strategy and ordering management for warranty repairs
- Identifying warranty recovery opportunities and translating impact to GSS/Global Quality
- Being a communication lead for all regional quality issues by informing impacted parties both locally and globally when quality concerns arise.
- Managing a team of 4 consumer service and quality specialists; providing coaching and guidance
- Being part of the KitchenAid SDA EMEA management team; engaging in the overall EMEA strategy and working effectively with other management team members to move the overall business forward
Background and Experiences
- More than 10 years of experience within consumer service and/or quality
- Black Belt (or other lean certification) is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is preferred
- Great leadership skills with the ability to engage people, to influence at all levels, to set goals and to build positive relationships to improve business results
- Experience working in an international, dynamic environment, with matrix reporting lines
- Proven project management skills
- Very strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Experience managing and coaching a team effectively
